OPERATION
Place
one corner of the frame into the clamp and tighten the floating jaw. Forward
movement of the floating jaw brings the framing pieces into contact with
rotating jaws. The combination of forward movement and the rotation of
the jaws acts to drive the frame tightly together. Flip the clamp over
and place under the v-nailer. Place a v nail onto the magnetic head and
then drive the v nail into the frame. Always insert the first v-nail in
the thickest part of the moulding. Two v-nails are all that are usually
required.
